The Decemberists air ‘Make You Better’ video, starring Nick Offerman
Parks and Rec star is a confused German TV host in this new clip.
The Decemberists have unveiled a new video for ‘Make You Better’, the lead track from their forthcoming new record ‘What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World’.
Their new video stars Parks and Recreation’s Nick Offerman, who plays the role of a TV host discovering The Decemberists’ music for the first time. “Do you mean for your lyrics to be offensive?” he asks, before calling the track ‘Make You Butter’. Talk about ‘Between Two Ferns’ vibes, it’s awkward as can be.
Seat-shuffling chat gives way to a performance from Colin Meloy and co.
Bill Fishman directs the clip, which you can see below.
‘What a Terrible World, What a Beautiful World’, is out 19th January on Rough Trade.
