It has now been announced that the trio will release their third album ‘Streets In The Sky’ on the 21st May.

Following this, those Coventry boys have also released their brand new video for ‘Saturday’, following on from their first single ‘Gimmie The Sign’. Just check it out below.

The Enemy are currently planning to play two hometown shows in May, as well as a handful of festivals - including V Festival, Live At Leeds, T In The Park and Belsonic - this summer. DIY spoke to Tom Clarke about their plans.

‘We’ve chosen them all really specifically. V Festival we were the secret band last year and it was the best festival experience we’ve ever had. I’ll be honest, we’d been out of the limelight a bit, we weren’t announced and we expected to walk out on stage to a half full tent, for us to play our hearts out and for it to be a good gig. It wasn’t like that at all. They closed the tent before we were even on and they put barriers up outside the tent to stop people getting to it and we had to stop the set had way through because the crowd were mad for it. T In The Park, we have fond memories of playing T In The Park before we even knew what festivals were about. It was one of the first times that we realised how good festivals could be. I remember playing and then coming off stage and then someone nicked my guitar, my pride and joy, my favourite green guitar, some bastard nicked it and ran off. But it’s in Scotland and the Scottish know how to have a gig.

‘And Belsonic in Belfast, for me, it’s a really important one because bands over look Belfast because it’s hard to get to and there’s the sea and it’s Northern Ireland but there’s loads of places in the UK that bands just don’t tour and it’s not that they can’t be arse it’s just that they don’t think of it. There’s certain places that this year we really want to make sure we get to and Northern Ireland’s one so I can’t wait for that. And it’s with Noel Gallagher so it’s going to be great.’
