The Garden share a new video for ‘Call The Dogs Out’
Their new album ‘Mirror Might Steal Your Charm’ is out this Friday.
This Friday (30th March) The Garden are set to release their new album ‘Mirror Might Steal Your Charm’ via Epitaph.
They’ve shared two previous tracks – ‘No Destination’ and ‘Stallion’ – and, just before the collection’s release, they’ve got a new video for another cut: ‘Call The Dogs Out’. It’s a two-and-a-half-minute blast of quick-fire garage-punk, but its video shows twins Wyatt and Fletcher Shears getting up to some pretty mundane stuff. They do the lawn, get some petrol and pop to the shops for some supplies but, of course, it’s all shot in slightly surreal fashion. There’s slow motion and odd camera angles and movements aplenty.
Wyatt and Fletcher said of the video in a press release: “It’s somewhat true to life assortment of things we do on the regular, displaying the side of us that is as normal as your local post office employee. We’re simply doing things we do everyday. Taxes, Yard work and Grocery shopping”.
