The Human Cannonball is coming to Bestival 2018!

Bestival returns for its second year at the Lulworth Estate in Dorset this August, and the announcements keep coming for the 2018 edition of the fest.

The festival’s theme for this year is Circus, and tying in with that, the festival have today announced an appearance from The Human Cannonball. Rodrigo Pérez will be - literally - fired from a cannon. Don’t say Bestival doesn’t provide a wide variety of attractions.

Talking about the new booking, Bestival organiser Rob da Bank says: “In my other life as Ringmaster Robby I’m pretty darn excited about having a Human Cannonball flying across the Lulworth Estate in August. Rodrigo is the best in the business and will not disappoint. Watch ya heads!”

While Pérez adds: “Firing yourself out of an enormous cannon takes a man of a high calibre. Luckily, I’m a cannonball kind of guy. Come and be amazed as I shoot through the sky, flying over your crazy, smiling faces.”
