The Last Dinner Party offer up debut single ‘Nothing Matters’

It’s the first music to be shared from the buzzy London-based quintet.

Having already garnered quite the reputation via a slew of live shows, The Last Dinner Party have now officially shared their debut single. ‘Nothing Matters’ marks the first music to be shared by the London-based quintet - who were previously known as just The Dinner Party. The track comes produced by James Ford, and is already a firm fan favourite from their recent live shows. It also comes accompanied by a dark and seductive video directed by directed by Saorla Houston and the band. “We didn’t just want to put out music and wait for people to come and find it,” the band’s Abigail Morris told us late last year, in our Class of 2023 feature with the band, on the subject of waiting to release their first music. “We wanted there to be some rabid interest before we dropped anything.” Their new single lands ahead of the band’s upcoming live shows, which kick off with a set at The Great Escape. They also played our First Fifty showcase last year - revisit our review of the night here and check out their upcoming shows at the bottom of the page. Watch the video for ‘Nothing Matters’ below.
