The Weeknd shares ‘Can’t Feel My Face’ single

Track debuted at Apple’s WWDC Music launch.

The Weeknd had the last word at Apple’s San Francisco WWDC conference last night, closing off the Apple Music launch with a performance of ‘Can’t Feel My Face’.

One last “and another thing….”, the performance saw Abel Tesfaye debuting a ridiculously slick, disco spin on his longing R&B. Funk-lined and produced by Max Martin, it has Tesfaye singing “I can’t feel my face when I’m with you / But I love it,” clearly comparing a girl to pingers.

The new song links up with ‘The Hills’ in previewing a forthcoming studio album, which follows on from 2013’s ‘Kiss Land’.
