The Who have unveiled a new video for their 1973 single, ‘5.15’.
The song, taken from the band’s ‘Quadrophenia’ album also features on a ‘Director’s Cut’ box set, released back in November 2011.
A competition was run to coincide with the re-release, for animators, film makers and fans to submit their own video for the track.
It was won by Jeff Rodenberg, who received $2000, a Fender guitar signed by The Who’s own Pete Townshend, and a box set for his efforts.
His video can be seen below:
Four runners-up all received $250.
‘5.15’ reached Number 20 on the UK singles chart on its original release.
