The xx Announce Largest Headlining Shows To Date
‘Coexist’ band to play three dates next summer.

The xx have announced their largest headline dates next summer, taking in Portugal, Germany and the UK. Dubbing the events ‘Night + Day’, the former Mercury Prize winners have stated that they’ll be handpicking the rest of the line up themselves.
The band have said that; ‘Night + Day is a series of events, curated by us, to start in the summer of 2013. We searched high and low for unique and beautiful locations to stage these shows and picked the artists that we most respect and admire to join us. The events will run from early afternoon, with some of our favourite music (and food) to take you from day into night.’
The UK date will take place at Osterley House and Park, a National Trust owned property just outside London, with a 10,000 capacity. It will be the first time that the country estate has been used for an event of this kind.
General tickets go on sale on Friday 14th December. However, fans can register at hexx.info/nightandday before 20:00 GMT on Wednesday 12th for access to an exclusive pre-sale on Thursday 13th December at 10am.
The dates are:
MAY
05 Portugal, Lisbon Jardim da Torres de Belëm
18 Germany, Berlin Spreepark
JUNE
23 Isleworth, Osterley Park & House
