The three piece have released a new official app to accompany their new album ‘Coexist’

The xx have unveiled a new official app to accompany their second album ‘Coexist’.
The app offers users the ability to watch exclusive HD videos of every song, manipulate an interactive version of the albums artwork, read lyrics and receive messages direct from the band.
The software is free to download from both the iTunes app store and the Android marketplace.
‘Coexist’ became The xx’s first number 1 album upon its release in September. The band also recently premiered the video for the albums second single ‘Chained’. The aquatic themed video was directed by Young Republic and made in conjunction with The Creators Project. You can check it out below:
