The xx are set to play a special one-off show in Manchester next week, on 9th July at the Manchester Ritz.
The group just headlined Glastonbury’s Other Stage, as well as putting on their own festival Night + Day, the London leg of which fell a couple of weeks back, with guests Solange and Mount Kimbie making appearances.
In a statement on the forthcoming show, The xx said: “At the end of the week we are moving to Manchester for a 3 weeks residency at the Manchester International Festival. We thought it would be nice to add a show for our fans who can’t make it there. We will be playing a special show at the Ritz on July 9th. This will be the last date in the UK in support of Coexist. We hope to see you there! xx The xx”
Tickets are available here.
