Tracey Emin-designed BRIT Awards 2015 statue revealed
Awards turn a shade of pink in 2015.

The official, Tracey Emin-designed statue for next year’s BRIT Awards has been revealed, with 2015 turning a shade of pink for the occasion.
Emin follows the likes of Vivienne Westwood in being given the opportunity to re-design the gong from a ‘blank canvas’. Take a look at her design, below.
Speaking about her role in designing the trophy, Emin said: “You want to do it really well. You don’t just want to decorate it, you want to make something that is really Tracey-ish, that is special for the people receiving it.”
BRiTs Chairman Max Lousada calls the design “characteristically bold, brilliant, colourful and inventive - everything the BRITs stands for.”
Next year’s BRIT Awards take place on Wednesday 25th February at The O2.
So far, nominees for the 2015 Critics’ Choice Award have been revealed, with Years & Years, James Bay and George the Poet in the running. Previous winners include Sam Smith and Ellie Goulding.
Featuring Yard Act, Death Cab For Cutie, Graham Coxon, Maisie Peters and more.
