Stockholm’s Viagra Boys share the dark, twisted punk of ‘Sports’

Sports are on the brain for most of us at the moment, and Stockholm’s Viagra Boys reference pretty much all of them in their new single of the same name.

Our Neu Pick for today, the track is a filthy, twisted slice of punk delivered with tongue firmly in cheek.

‘Sports’ is the first taster of the band’s upcoming debut album, set to be released on Swedish label YEAR0001 (Yung Lean), and takes inspiration from all corners of the punk canon.

Vocals twist their way through the track like Mark E Smith, while a simple, brilliantly solid bassline holds it all together.
