Glasgow quintet VLURE share details of debut album ‘Escalate’
The band have also shared its lead single, the formidable ‘Feels Like Heaven’.

Glasgow quintet and former Class of 2023 alumni VLURE have confirmed details of their long-awaited debut album ‘Escalate’.
The band - who first emerged with their debut single ‘Shattered Faith’ back in 2021 - will release their first full-length on 26th September via Music For Nations. Produced by the band’s own Conor Goldie, alongside Manni Dee (Daniel Avery & HAAi), the album’s set to be thirteen tracks in length and features appearances from PSweatpants, Gaïa and none other than Bobby Gillespie.
Alongside the news of their new record, the group have also shared its lead single, ‘Feels Like Heaven’, a track that is - according to frontman Hamish Hutcheson - “about hope, love and life. I hope it has a different meaning for each listener; for me it’s about finding the right person at the right time. Someone that makes you feel whole and makes life better, even on the days where nothing is going your way.”
Check out the video - as directed by Paris Seawell - below, and take a look at their upcoming live schedule (in which they’ll be supporting Primal Scream across Europe and playing at a few festivals before a huge headline tour in late 2025) underneath the player.
