Watch Björk bring ‘Vulnicura’ to life for the first time at New York’s Carnegie Hall

Footage has emerged of Björk’s first show in support of new album ‘Vulnicura’.

Taking place at New York’s Carnegie Hall in the first in a series of NYC dates, the matinee performance took place on Saturday 7th March.

For the show, Björk was backed by a 15-piece string section, with every track being accompanied by an “animated notation”, created by Stephen Malinowski.

Björk herself was dressed in the same, futuristic spike-helmet that dons ‘Vulnicura’’s artwork.
