Watch: Blur Perform ‘Caramel’, ‘Young & Lovely’ At BBC
The band air some live rarities in a pair of BBC Radio performances.

Yesterday (July 31st), Blur kicked off their summer live commitments with a couple of sets at the BBC, both of which are now available to stream online.
The band started with a short set for BBC 6Music (see above), featuring the debut live performance of ‘13’ stand-out ‘Caramel’ and a first airing since 1999 (and only second ever) for b-side ‘Young & Lovely’.
They followed that up with a performance for BBC Radio 2, which included the first showing since 1992 of early b-side Mr. Briggs. You can check that out here.

Blur are set to play Margate’s Winter Garden’s tonight (1st August), before performing at London’s 100 Club on Thursday. Dates in Wolverhampton, Plymouth and European festivals Skanderborg and Way Out West follow before a final hurrah in Hyde Park to celebrate the end of the 2012 Olympics.
