Watch Kendrick Lamar bring ‘These Walls’ to Ellen

Earlier this week, Kendrick Lamar took to a unique performance on the Ellen DeGeneres show.

Playing ‘These Walls’ from his new album ‘To Pimp a Butterfly’, the performance was followed by a big reveal - as the camera pulled away, it showed a painting of Kendrick’s set, being crafted while he was performing.

Ellen called Kendrick a “poet, an artist, a lyrical genius” ahead of his performance. Watch ‘These Walls’ below.

Kendrick recently appeared on a new version of Taylor Swift’s ‘Bad Blood’ single, appearing in the big star-studded video, too.
