The sudden success of ‘Uptown Funk’, Mark Ronson and Bruno Mars’ smash hit of a new single, could easily have sent the pair cuckoo. In the case of Mars, the only thing that’s gone to his head is a bunch of perm-tastic curlers, which he dons for the entirety of a performance on the U.S. edition of The Voice.
Ronson keeps his cool on bass, but he brings with him a huge, horn-tastic entourage for the first televised performance of the track.
‘Uptown Funk’ is currently #1 in the UK singles chart (it’s #5 in North America too). Watch the Soul Train-inspired performance below.
