On the telly:
Weezer give Jimmy Kimmel a dose of ‘The White Album’
The 90s alt-rockers perform ‘Thank God For Girls’ and ‘Do You Wanna Get High’.

Fresh from announcing the April 1st release date of ‘The White Album’, Weezer took to the Jimmy Kimmel Live stage on Tuesday to perform singles ‘Thank God for Girls’ and ‘Do You Wanna Get High’.
Rivers Cuomo and the band appeared to be in typically enthusiastic form, ahead of a US tour later this year alongside Panic! At the Disco and Andrew McMahon in the Wilderness.
Anticipation for the new album has steadily grown since the arrival of ‘Do You Wanna Get High’ last November, hailed as a return to the crunchy pop-slacker vibes of 1995’s ‘Pinkerton’. The band have a history of colour orientated albums, releasing The Blue Album in 1994, The ‘Green Album’ in 2001, and ‘The Red Album’ in 2008. Their latest effort, ‘Everything Will Be Alright in the End’, came out in 2014.
