Wet Leg take a road trip in video for new single ‘CPR’
It’s the second track to be lifted from the band’s much-anticipated new album, which lands in July.

Having just kicked off their headline UK tour with a pair of powerhouse performances at London’s iconic Brixton Academy - not to mention a turn at Radio 1’s Big Weekend in Liverpool - Wet Leg have now unveiled ‘CPR’, our second taste of what to expect from their forthcoming sophomore album ‘moisturizer’ (due out on 11th July).
It arrives in the wake of April’s ‘catch these fists’ and is, according to press materials, “one of the many love songs” to be featured on their next LP. But ‘CPR’ is, of course, a love song crafted in signature Wet Leg style - complete with roaring riffs, wry lyricism, and deadpan vocal delivery: “Is it love, or suicide?”
The follow-up to their smash 2022 self-titled debut, ‘moisturizer’ will see the former DIY cover stars expand into a band proper (from a duo consisting of Rhian Teasdale and Hester Chambers), and promises to level up their distinct sound to become punchier and raunchier than ever before.
Check out the band-directed video for ‘CPR’ - which sees them rock out on a drive around their Isle of Wight home - below.
What’s more, Wet Leg have also just announced that they’ll be marking ‘moisturizer”s release with a run of UK outstore shows, as well as an October European tour. You can find their full - extensive - upcoming live schedule here:
