Wicketkeeper have shared a video for their track ‘A Lot To Lose’.

The song is taken from the trio’s debut album ‘Shonk’, set for release on 16th October.

“Lyrically, it’s written from the perspective of a dead advisor.,” says the band’s Simon Morley. “It’s a pretty simple message: when you’re dead you can’t do anything. So you might as well do a bunch of stuff before you’re dead. Don’t fucking hang around not doing anything, looking confused. It carries the same sentiment as that Shia LaBeouf video. We’ve also opened a few sets with it because it’s so energetic and upbeat. It’s a good one to blast the cobwebs out when you’re first on at the Shacklewell Arms playing to your girlfriends and the FOH engineer. Lots of cymbals and open hi-hats for me to hit and it’s really fun to play.”
