Years & Years share ‘Foundation’
Debut album ‘Communion’ is out this July.

Years & Years have unveiled a new track and video for ‘Foundation’.
The song appears on the London trio’s debut album ‘Communion’, due out 10th July on Polydor (UK) and Interscope (US). It’s being led by a Fred Rowson-directed video, which sees frontman Olly Alexander leading a pack of zombies back into a life of immortality.
Speaking about the video, Alexander said: “We expanded on the eerie and hypnotic feel of the song and played with the drama of ritualistic practice, audience and voyeurism.”
This summer, Years & Years play Glastonbury, Latitude, Oya, Reading & Leeds and Festival Number 6.
Years & Years will play Latitude (16th-19th July) and Festival Number 6 (3rd-6th September), where DIY is an official media partner. Tickets are on sale now. Visit diymag.com/presents for more information.
