Years & Years: “You could open a deli with our rider”
Band answer all the big questions in DIY’s December 2015 / January 2016 issue.

In the December 2015 / January 2016 issue of DIY (out tomorrow, Friday 4th December), Years & Years look back on their whirldwind year.

“You could open a deli with our rider,” they confess in a new interview. “Sliced meats, hummus, breads, sauces, dips. It’s all very deli-based,” says Olly Alexander. “We were once told our rider was the best for sandwiches,” boasts Emre Turkmen.
“It’s been a year of firsts,” says Mikey Goldsworthy, looking back on 2015. “Probably a nine out of ten.”
“You can never get a ten,” adds Emre. “It’s a falsity. When in life is anything perfect?”
