Lupen Crook - Worlds End

A bubbling undercurrent of turmoil and paranoia…

Annoyingly Lupen Crook has been largely ignored since the release of his debut album back in 2006, a blinder by anyone’s standards.

Since, he has been serving a dedicated, albeit small fanbase with another album (with band The Murderbirds) and a couple of EPs. ‘Worlds End’, like so much of his work is a bit of a dark horse. On the surface, it could be perceived as a jolly musical number, delve deeper and a bubbling undercurrent of turmoil and paranoia will become evident.

It’s about as radio friendly as Lupen gets and should he finally get the recognition he deserves, this will no doubt pay dividends.
