Rainer stream debut album ‘Water’ in full
Structure-shifting electronic duo’s first work is out next week via Kissability / Algebra.
UK duo Rainer never sound ready to settle. On their debut album ‘Water’, Rebekah Raa and Nic Nell (Casually Here) reinvent the rulebook for fun, twisting and turning in any direction they see fit.
The full-length is streaming in full below, exclusively on DIY. Ranging from a brittle title-track to the fittingly-titled wash of ‘Melt’, it’s an album defined by Raa’s note-bending vocals and the pair’s wall of electronics, which range from solid structures to great, galloping abstract pieces.
Stream the whole LP below ahead of its 18th May release on Kissability / Algebra.
Catch Rainer live at a free London show, 21st May at The Stillery, Camden.
