SOHN shares ‘Signal’ video, starring Milla Jovovich

Vienna producer SOHN recently returned with ‘Signal’, the first song from his second album.

Turns out, in the time between 2014 debut ‘Tremors’ and now, he picked up a big name fan in ‘The Fifth Element’, ‘Resident Evil’ star Milla Jovovich. “It’s everything I love about music,” she says of the new song, and she’s so obsessed she ended up directing a video for the new single.

Jovovich also stars in the clip, which gives a dramatic, mascara-stained twist to SOHN’s moody electronic balladry. “It was really clear that she would be the perfect person to bring it to life and it became a real collaboration between friends and artists,” says the producer. “We ended up with this incredible, emotional one-take video that just blew me away as I saw it unfold live. As an actor and a director, I feel like Milla somehow managed to translate the heart of the music into images on screen… The performance is so gripping, and the motion and beauty of the shot just blows me away.”
