The two acts’ collaborative single ‘Heart Attack’ will be released in April.

All We Are & Alex Kapranos of Franz Ferdinand have teamed up for the latest Speedy Wunderground single.

Having seen the trio perform at London’s Label Mates Festival in East London, the band invited Alex along to their session at Dan Carey’ Streatham studio and the rest, as they say, was history.

The resulting track is ‘Heart Attack’, the 27th track in the label’s single series, which will be released on 5th April on limited edition 7”.

Speaking of the process, All We Are have said: “The Speedy tracks are always such a good vibe and the studio is such a special place.” Alex adds: “As I think is typical for the label, nothing existed in the morning when we got together, and then suddenly everything was completed and recorded by the time we went for a pizza in the evening.”

Listen to ‘Heart Attack’ below.
