AUTOBAHN share new single, ‘Beautiful Place To Die’

Leeds-based AUTOBAHN have shared a new single, ahead of a debut album out on Tough Love expected in 2015.

New track ‘Beautiful Place To Die’ is the first new material since last year’s ‘EP 2’, with the group recently finished the recording of their long-player in February.

‘Beautiful Place To Die’ plays with the group’s post-punk hallmarks, styled by a melodic rhythm driving towards a sense of catastrophe. A note posted with the song provides an ominous prelude, seeming as poetic and it does profound: “There was snow on the ground, sun shining and I Thought to myself, ‘if I were to crash and die here, at least it would be a really beautiful place to die.”
