Tobias Jesso Jr. brings Haim on stage, performs in Yeti costume

Tobias Jesso Jr. treated fans to a Halloween special during his show at the Fonda Theatre in Los Angeles this weekend. He and his band performed very enthusiastic covers of Outkast’s ‘Hey Ya!’ and the Ghostbusters theme tune. He also brought longstanding musician friends Haim out onto the stage. Together, they played the sisters’ song ‘Forever,’ with Tobias wearing a yeti outfit for whatever reason.

Haim and Tobias Jesso Jr. have collaborated together in the past, leading to speculation that he could be involved in their new album. Giving an update on said new record last week, Haim said “our fish fingers are in the tray”. They added, more coherently, that “we are working on it every day. We’re not on vacation! We’re really excited, and I can’t swear on the radio, but we’re getting stuff done.”
