Tobias Jesso Jr. shares unreleased demo ‘Don’t’

Exceedingly tall piano-tinkler Tobias Jesso Jr. has been fairly quiet this year, aside from, y’know, a casual writing credit on Adele’s ‘25’. Since releasing his debut album ‘Goon’ in 2015, there’s been nothing in the way of new music; just a brief appearance in a Yeti costume on-stage with Haim.

Today, though, Tobias plonked a previously unreleased demo on his Twitter, with no explanation. Titled ‘Don’t,’ it’s a spare offering; soulful, electrified keys backing some pretty heartwrenching lyrics: “you go ahead, turn around, and cheat on my whole world”.

We just wanna give poor Toby a hug, tbh.
