The 1975 share mind-bending ‘Somebody Else’ video
Cinematic new clip joins the latest single to be taken from ‘I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It’.

Never ones to lump together some tour footage and call it a day, The 1975 have unveiled a mega-budget, cinematic new video for ‘Somebody Else’.
Feeding off the heartbroken confusion of the track itself, the video begins with an almost silent film style segment which appears to follow on from their last video for ‘A Change Of Heart’. From then on, the clip finds frontman Matty Healy wandering about, lost and alone in the big city, dealing with an increasingly fragmented mental state throughout.
Watch the ‘Somebody Else’ video below. It’s taken from The 1975’s tongue-twisting latest album, ‘I Like It When You Sleep, For You Are So Beautiful Yet So Unaware Of It’, and comes in the midst of a tonne of festival dates for the band. They’ll also play the below London date as the year comes to an end - it’s sold out, mind.
