The xx are back! They’re on the line-up for Lollapalooza Brazil 2017
Album three from Romy, Oliver and Jamie looks imminent.
The xx are back! After Jamie xx basically took over the world in the past year, it looks like it’s back to the day job for him, Romy and Oliver, who have been booked for next year’s three Lollapalooza events in South America.
Playing frighteningly high up the bill (co-headlining with Metallica, The Strokes and The Weeknd, in fact), the trio are heading towards album three with headline slots all around the world firmly in their sights.
The festivals run across March and April next year, and also feature Glass Animals, MØ, The 1975 and more.
The band’s presumably close third LP will follow 2013’s ‘Coexist’. View the line-up for Lollapalooza Brazil 2017 below.
