Fontaines DC to headline Rockaway Beach 2020
The festival takes place in January (!)
Fontaines DC are to headline next year’s Rockaway Beach.
The event will take place between 10th and 12th January at Butlin’s Bognor Regis.
“It’s the first time we’ve invited a band to headline ahead of even their debut album being released,” say the festival organisers. “But at no point was there ever a shred of doubt that it simply had to be Fontaines DC in the spot next January. There’s only a few bands that come along with that inescapable fire in their eyes. The momentum behind them is undeniable. It just had to be done and we know our audience will stand with us”
Our Girl, The Jesus and Mary Chain, Heavy Lungs, SOAK, The Wedding Present, Brix & The Extricated, Adwaith, Bellatrix, Eyesore & The Jinx, Hey Colossus, Indian Queens, Melys, Rascalton, Scrounge, and The Vegan Leather are also confirmed so far.
Tickets are on sale now.
