Bloc Party have confirmed their first live dates of their much awaited comeback.
The band are currently working on their first new material since 2008’s ‘Intimacy’, and have announced details of two European festivals - their first live appearances in almost three years.
Bloc Party will play both Sweden’s Peace & Love Festival on June 29 and Germany’s Melt Festival between July 13-15.
In a bailout to fans, guitarist Russell Lissack wrote: ‘We’re really excited to announce our first festival appearances for this summer, at which we’ll be debuting material from our forthcoming new album.’
