In the magazine Festival Guide 2019

With Sigrid, Bring Me The Horizon, The Hives & more.

Don’t say we’re not good to you, dear readers. On Friday, we revealed our April issue, fronted by former Wild Beasts frontman Hayden Thorpe, and now we’ve got a whole other mag to show you: introducing the DIY Festival Guide 2019!

The new magazine - basically your bible to all things great and good this summer - is fronted by Sigrid.

“Something I love with British festivals is that it just seems like people don’t really care about the weather, you just go hard anyways and I love that, I love that attitude,” she tells us in our new cover feature. “Glastonbury was one of the first festivals I heard about from Norway, because growing up in a country like that, I think we’re very influenced by Britain on the music side, as is every country. And I found out right before I went on stage that Glastonbury is the size of my hometown in Norway multiplied by six!”

She’s joined in our Festival Guide by Bring Me The Horizon who talk expanding their, uh, horizons, and their huge headline show as part of London’s All Points East. The Hives are also inside, giving their unflappable guide to stealing the show (which they do at every festival they play, so we’d trust them if we were you).

With all manner of essential festival planning inside, from the best new gear to get your hands on and give you the most tech-savvy summer of your life, to an extensive festival index of pretty much every bash on the planet, and, uh, something approaching a fanfiction on Kylie’s impending stay on Worthy Farm for Glastonbury, it’s got it all tbh.
