A Day To Remember may be taking their label, Victory Records, to court.
The internet is abuzz with rumour a lawsuit has been filed by the band against their US label. Alternative Press claims a PDF of May 31st 2011 suggests a lawsuit filed by the members of ADTR in the U.S. District Court Of Tennessee names Victory Records as a defendant, claiming a breach of contract and stating ‘the band feel they have fulfilled their contractual obligations’.
A Day To Remember are also claimed to be seeking ‘an accounting of the Defendants to disclose fully and accurately monies earned and amounts due and owing to’ them.
