Alt-J get twisted in the video for ‘Deadcrush’

Last month Alt-J released their much-anticipated third album ‘RELAXER’ and now one of its (many) highlights has got a new video.

The clip for ‘Deadcrush’ is set in a darkened, labyrinthine building, where bodies lay strewn around the floor and dancers dressed in military costumes creep around the almost a bit too gracefully. Soon a bunch of other dancers clad in skin-coloured body suits come along and things start to get even stranger, mixing up industrial imagery with the elegance of their moves.

In September, Alt-J are set to head back out on tour across the UK, heading to Brighton, Margate, Bournemouth, Weston Super Mare, and rounding off with two dates at Blackpool’s Empress Ballroom. Tickets are on sale now.
