Alt-J Unveil New Track, ‘Fitzpleasure’

Alt-J (or ∆ for all the non-Mac users like myself who didn’t immediately understand their witch-house satirising name) have dropped a new track, entitled (if you didn’t already read the title above) ‘Fitzpleasure’.

The song is their follow-up to debut single ‘Bloodflood’/’Tessellate’, ahead of a debut album release due May. You can stream it right here on DIY, below.

Despite their aural quality, the group are a band that have to be seen to be truly appreciated, having already wooed many converts at last year’s SWN fest.

Luckily you can catch the band at the following dates in support of Ghostpoet:

FEBRUARY
13 The Junction, Cambridge
14 The Waterfront, Norwich
15 KOKO, London
18 Sound Control, Manchester
19 Mojo, Liverpool
20 University of Surrey, Guildford
21 Rescue Rooms, Nottingham
22 Whelan’s, Dublin
23 DQ, Sheffield
24 SWG3, Glasgow
25 Lancaster Library, Lancaster
27 The Cluny, Newcastle
28 Central Station, Wrexham
