Anna Meredith announces new project ‘Anno’
It’s a collaboration with the Scottish Ensemble.
Anna Mereditch has announced the release of of new project ‘Anno’! ‘Anno’ will be an album made in collaboration with the Scottish Ensemble, featuring original pieces of work by the classical-electronic composer intertwined with Vivaldi’s Four Seasons. It’s due for release 17th August via Moshi Moshi.
The collaboration comes after Anna released new single ‘Calion’ earlier this year and got animated in her video for ‘Dowager’, which was created by Ewan Jones Morris and mixed together animation and drawings with live-action footage and photos.

Anna and the Scottish Ensemble will perform Anno in full as part of the 2018 Made in Scotland Showcase at Edinburgh Fringe 2018 on 17th and 18th August. You can grab tickets here.
