Aphex Twin announces a new EP

​‘Computer Controlled Acoustic Instruments Pt2’ follows on from last year’s ‘Syro’

Richard D. James aka. Aphex Twin took to Twitter today to announce another release hot off the heels of his recent album ‘Syro’. Following the release of his first studio album in 13 years, James also shared a collection of 30 unheard tracks back in November, during a two-part interview with Pitchfork.

The new EP is titled ‘Computer Controlled Acoustic Instruments Pt2’ and will feature thirteen tracks, with a release date set for 23rd January via Warp Records.

The full tracklisting for the EP is below, and cryptic to say the least:
