Aphex Twin’s ‘Syro’ packaging unveiled by Warp Records

‘Syro’’s liner notes list every cost involved in making the album.

Vinyl/art/cover-junkies take note: The ultra-ambitious artwork for Aphex Twin’s long-awaited new album ‘Syro’ has been unveiled by his label, Warp Records.

With the release due out on 22nd September, Richard James’ first album in thirteen years is coming accompanied by a glass frame / detailed liner notes, highlight every single cost involved in making and promoting the new record, London skyline blimp included.

The artwork’s been created by The Designers Republic. A very limited edition perspex vinyl edition costs £250, available on a batch of 200.
