She’ll play three intimate shows in London, New York and Los Angeles later this month.
After spending over a year off the road, Arlo Parks has announced plans for three very special live shows later this month, billed under the title of “Sonic Exploration”.
The singer, who released her second album ‘My Soft Machine’ in May 2023, will return to the stage for a series of intimate shows in London, New York and Los Angeles to preview new material. “London, New York and LA - I can’t wait to share what I’ve been making in the studio…” she’s said on her Instagram, of the performances.
The news of her upcoming shows - tickets for which will be sold via her mailing list from 5pm GMT / 12pm EST / 9am PST today (Wednesday 12th November) - comes a few days after she also shared a new offering called ‘New Desire’ on YouTube. “I’ve been in the studio working on new music and this little idea was born out of a late late night session with @baird. D sent me a voicenote in May that made me feel like a teenager again - tender with new magic. I wanted to put my heart on the line and write it how it FELT,” she noted, in the video’s description.
