Been Stellar share newest track ‘Always On My Mind’
Their new cut will appear on a brand new EP alongside recently-released tracks ‘Adored’ and ‘Breakaway’.

Ahead of their upcoming appearances at Reading and Leeds festivals this weekend, NY quartet Been Stellar have shared their latest offering ‘Always On My Mind’.
The band, who released their Dan Carey-produced debut ‘Scream From New York, NY’ last summer, have now shared a third track in their summer series, following previously-released offerings ‘Adored’ and ‘Breakaway’. “We were really drawn to the circular logic of the lyric: ‘I need you, I want you because you’re always on my mind,’” the band’s vocalist Sam Slocum has said, of the track. “My favourite love songs can be read a few different ways. I think it’s great when there’s a tinge of sadness or anxiety— it just feels more accurate to me.”
What’s more, the band have now announced plans to release their three summer singles a new EP, titled ‘Breakaway’, which is available from 22nd September via Dirty Hit on 12” vinyl and cassette. Pre-order the EP now, and listen to ‘Always On My Mind’ below.
