Belle And Sebastian Plan New Album, Summer Tour

New album has a tentative release date of October 2014.

Scotland legends Belle and Sebastian have confirmed that they’re currently at work on a brand new album, set for release later this year via Matador. It has a provisional release date of October 2014.

The Stuart Murdoch-led group wrote the follow-up to 2010’s ‘Write About Love’ with producer Ben H. Allen. That’s a post-recording picture taken by Allen, above, after the album’s completion. It was put together over a course of 8 weeks in an Atlanta studio.
