Beth Ditto shares stomping new track ‘Ooh La La’

After returning with ‘Fire,’ which was, well, fire, Beth Ditto has revealed a brand new track from her upcoming solo album ‘Fake Sugar.’ ‘Ooh La La’ is another slightly bluesy stomper from Beth, which bursts in the chorus with swooning guitar riffs, driving drums and, of course, Beth’s own unmistakable vocals. Here, she’s her most vocally unrestrained, moving from hushed to yelping at the listener. Although she sings that she’s “all over the place,” she’s in full control of things on this track, being the driving force behind everything. Recently Beth also announced that she’d be playing two UK headline shows – hurrah! She’s set to bring ‘Fake Sugar’ to London’s KOKO and Manchester’s Gorilla in October.
