Blood Orange shares new track ‘BOWERYLDN EDIT 6 15 SEPTEMBER’
Devonté Hynes is currently working on the follow-up to ‘Freetown Sound’.

Back in July, Blood Orange revealed that he was already busy working on the follow-up to his acclaimed 2016 album ‘Freetown Sound’.
He took to Instagram for a short post where he simply said: “Currently working on Blood Orange album 4”. He also teamed up with ‘Freetown Sound’ collaboration Brydon Cook for a new project called VeilHymn.
Now Devonté Hynes has dropped a new track on SoundCloud called ‘BOWERYLDN EDIT 6 15 SEPTEMBER’. Featuring horn and flute arrangements by Jason Arce, it’s a slow-burning, smooth yet slightly warped number with distorted vocals that also harnesses some killer saxophone melodies. So, is this is a sign of what’s to come from Blood Orange number four? Or just a standalone edit? Guess only time will tell…
