Listen to Lana Del Rey guest on BØRNS’ new track ‘God Save Our Young Blood’
The singer released new album ‘Lust For Life’ last July.

Lana Del Rey released her new album ‘Lust For Life’ last July, before having a relatively quiet end to the year.
She’s back with a bang to start 2018 though, guesting on ‘God Save Our Young Blood’, the new track from pop prodigy BØRNS.
The track was premiered on Beats 1, with BØRNS stopping by to tell Matt Wilkinson how the collaboration came about, and hopes for any potential future link-ups between himself and Lana.
“In the beginning of the record I was listening to a lot of The Beach Boys, I was fascinated about how Brian Wilson did these sudden key changes and movements and they’re pleasurable pop songs but they had these disjointed parts,” he recounted.
“I think she’s incredible she’s such an amazing writer,” BØRNS continued, saying that the pair’s first meeting was on FaceTime. “Her voice, it’s Lana’s voice and when you hear it on speakers it’s amazing.”
BØRNS released his debut full-length ‘Dopamine’ back in 2015. Listen to ‘God Save Our Young Blood’ below and re-visit our 2015 feature with BØRNS here.
