Brandon Flowers unveils ‘The Desired Effect’ art, pens hand-written note
Watch a trailer for the Killers frontman’s second solo album.
Ahead of its 18th May release, Brandon Flowers has unveiled the cover art for his second solo album, ‘The Desired Effect’.
Flowers’ follow-up to 2010’s ‘Flamingo’ is yet to be previewed with any full songs - so far, the Killers frontman has shared a series of teaser videos.
The new album was recorded with Ariel Rechtshaid last year. And in a newly-penned written note uploaded to his website, Flowers said the following:
“Ariel and I have been collaborating in the studio, working twogether [sic] in the spirit of conversation, contention, and at long last, sweet contrition,” the note reads. “No one has yet seen or heard the change. But soon, we all will.”
See the artwork here and catch up with the ‘DRUMS’ trailer below.
