Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band Announce UK Shows
The legend looks set to close Isle of Wight’s Festival next year.

Bruce Springsteen & The E Street Band will embark upon a UK tour next summer.
Springsteen has been announced as the first headliner for next year’s Isle of Wight Festival.
The New Jersey legend will be closing the main stage at the festival, with his set due to take place on the Sunday evening of the weekend, on 24th June 2012. More acts are to be announced.
Tickets for the festival - which takes place from the 22nd to the 24th June - will be available from 9am on Fridat 25th November through www.isleofwightfestival.com.
Alongside this comes the news that the band will also be appearing at several headline dates, including an appearance at Hyde Park Calling. Tour dates are as follows:
JUNE
21 Stadium of Light, Sunderland
22 Etihad Stadium, Manchester
24 Isle of Wight Festival, Isle of Wight
JULY
14 Hard Rock Calling, Hype Park, London
These shows are the first UK appearances the band will make since their last visit to UK shores in 2009.
Tickets go on sale 10am on Saturday 3rd December priced at £60 for London and £55 regionally (subject to booking fee) and are available from www.livenation.co.uk.
