Bruising let you know ‘What It Feels Like’ on new track
It’s set to be released as part of a split 7” on Valentine’s Day.
Leeds noise-mongers Bruising have kicked off their 2017 by sharing a brand new single, ‘What It Feels Like’.
Following in the footsteps of their recent single ‘I Don’tMind’, it’s a woozy but also punchy slice of fuzzy noise. Proving that good things come in small packages, it manages to cram in melodic bursts of bass, squalling, grungy riffs and a load of dreamy harmonies.
The single is set to be a split 7” release alongside friends Personal Best via the Too Pure Singles Club on 14th February. They said in a statement: “despite clearly being hard ass punks, we’re all sentimental romantics at heart, so being offered the February slot in the Singles Club, it had to be a Valentine’s Day release”. Can you feel the love?
Bruising are set to play alongside Dream Wife and Drahla at Leeds’ Headrow House on 21st January as part of DIY’s own Hello 2017 tour. Next month they’ll be heading off on tour with Menace Beach to create some “lemon memories” (geddit?)
