Christopher Owens Announces New Single
‘Here We Go Again’ is taken from the former Girls vocalist’s debut solo album.

Way back in the summer of last year, Girls vocalist Christopher Owens announced that, well, he wasn’t going to be Girls’ vocalist any longer. Cut to October and he’s already announcing details of a debut solo record.
‘Lysandre’, release last week via Turnstile, was written during Girls’ first European tour back in 2008, and recorded in LA alongside ‘Father, Son, Holy Ghost’ producer Doug Boehm.
Owens is set to head out on tour in the UK from next month in support of the album, beginning on 25th February in Manchester, before hitting up Glasgow, Leeds and Bristol. He’ll then headline London’s Union Chapel on 29th May.
And, if that wasn’t enough, he’s now unveiled details of the second single to be taken from the record. ‘Here We Go Again’ will be released on 11th March.
It’s also being streamed right now, and can be listened to below.
Christopher Owens’ forthcoming UK tour dates are:
FEBRUARY
25 Manchester Deaf Institute
26 Glasgow Broadcast
27 Leeds Brudenell Social Club
28 Bristol Thekla
MAY
29 London Union Chapel
